Ingredients:
1) Fish Maw (160gram)
2) 1 Whole Chicken (900gram)
3) 10 Dried Scallop
4) 5 Red Dates
5) 25 Dried Longan
6) 25 Goji berries
7) American Ginseng(8-10 gram)
8) 2000 ml Hot Water
9) 4 Dried Pearl Meat (optional)
Cooking Method:
1) Cut Fish Maw and chicken into smaller pieces
2) Wash the ingredients
3) Boil a pot of hot water, blanch chicken for 3 minutes to remove excess fat
4) Put the ingredients into double boiler and simmer for 3 hours, add salt to taste.
