ThinkValue have made every effort to ensure that the products on screen are as close as possible to the actual products. However, on-screen and printer colour representations may vary from actual product packaging colours due to manufacturing processes as well as individual computer screen calibration and printer variations. ThinkValue cannot guarantee on an exact product match.

Users may receive the ThinkValue’s newsletter regarding the latest news, products, and/or promotions through email.

Indemnification

Users shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold ThinkValue harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the use of ThinkValue online store and/or its associated websites.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or www.thinkvalueshop.com. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, www.thinkvalueshop.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

ThinkValue may terminate at our sole and absolute discretion, with immediate effect with or without prior notice, terminate the users’ use of ThinkValue online store and/or Services, and/or disable the users’ Username, Password and/or Biometric Login function. ThinkValue may bar access to ThinkValue online store and/or Services (or any part thereof) for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or where if ThinkValue believe that the user have violated or acted inconsistently with any terms or conditions set out herein, or if in ThinkValue’s  opinion or the opinion of any regulatory authority, it is not suitable to continue providing the services relating to ThinkValue online store.

The users may terminate these Terms and Conditions by providing notice in writing through email to ThinkValue. The user is personally liable for any orders that is placed or charges that are incurred prior to termination.
