无花果的营养价值

1. 无花果可以食用的几率非常的高,新鲜的无花果可以食用的地方高达97%,制成干果和蜜饯的无花果可以食用的部分可以高达100%,而且含酸量非常的低,没有坚硬的果子,适合老年朋友和儿童食用。

2. 无花果含有丰富的氨基酸,鲜果为1.0%,干果5.3%;目前已经发现18种。不仅因人体必须的8种氨基酸皆有而表现出较高的利用价值,且尤以天门冬氨酸(1.9%干重)含量最高,对抗白血病和恢复体力,消除疲劳有很好的作用。因此,国外将一种无花果饮品作为“咔啡代用品”。

Eating Dried Figs
